Do you have a paper catalogue?
At present Beaut Gems is entirely a web based catalogue, which means we have the ability to offer you the most accurate and up-to-date products at the best possible prices.
Can I see your merchandise in a store?
In order to keep our costs down, we do not have any physical store for you to visit, but we have tried to provide you with all of the information you will need to make an informed purchasing decision online. We have more stock than displayed so if there is something you are looking for please contact us and we will get back to you quickly. We can, however arrange to meet you in a place of your choosing, to showcase a selection of stones for your perusal
Do you accept COD orders?
We cannot accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
How much will delivery cost me?
Shipping will cost the current rate that Australia Post's Express Post service + Sign on Delivery
Are my goods insured in transit?
YES! Your order is fully insured for damage or non-delivery (lost in transit).
